Yicheng Shen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure, currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at New Relic since September 2024. Prior to this role, Yicheng acted as a Principal Cloud Architect at Securonix, where projects focused on deploying and integrating SIEM solutions in AWS environments and improving legacy products using cloud-native technologies. Additional experience includes positions at Nokia as a Senior Cloud Infrastructure SRE, contributing expertise in cloud virtualization and managing pre-production activities, as well as roles at Securonix and Syracuse University, where Yicheng developed and maintained various cloud services, infrastructure automation tools, and security solutions. Yicheng holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Syracuse University.
