Dan Martens has over a decade of experience in technical support and digital experience leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Experience at New Relic since July 2015, Dan has held various roles including Director of Support Systems and Tools and Manager of Support Engineering. Prior to New Relic, Dan worked at Apple from April 2008 to June 2015, progressing through positions such as Lead Genius in Technical Support and Specialist in Solution Sales. Dan's extensive background combines technical expertise with a focus on support systems and customer engagement.
