Dan Boisvert is an experienced software and site reliability engineer with a strong background in various technology roles. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer and Lead Site Reliability Engineer at New Relic since January 2022, Boisvert previously held the position of Lead Site Reliability Engineer at Blizzard Entertainment from May 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, Boisvert worked at Dealer.com for five years as Lead Site Reliability Engineer for the Web Platform and as a Senior Systems Engineer in Production Engineering. Boisvert began their career at CHEFA as a Network & Data Architect from February 2003 to May 2016, following a role as Systems Specialist at MassMutual between March 2001 and August 2002. Education includes a Technical Management Program at UCLA Extension and a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
