Tabias Echols is an experienced culinary professional with a background in various kitchen roles, currently serving as Sous Chef at New Realm Brewing since July 2021. Prior to this position, Tabias held multiple roles including Sous Chef, Kitchen Lead, and Food Expeditor at Maggiano's Little Italy from November 2011 to May 2021. Tabias holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes, completed between 2007 and 2009.
