Nicole Navratil is a seasoned organizational coach and advisor with extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational design, and business development. Currently serving as an Organizational Coach at New Pluralists and an Advisor at UME and RCG Talent Solutions, Nicole focuses on enhancing social impact, operational enhancements, and talent advisory services. As a Founding Member of Chief, a national network for executive women, and a member of Springbank Collective, Nicole advocates for equitable infrastructure and leadership. Previous roles include Senior Advisor and COO at NationSwell, where significant growth and impact achievements were realized, as well as COO at BBMG, where Nicole established pioneering partnerships in social responsibility. Nicole holds advanced degrees from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
