Lauren Brown is a seasoned professional in ticket operations and customer service, currently serving as Ticket Operations Manager at both the New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans since August 2021. Previously held various roles in ticket operations at both organizations, including Senior Ticket Operations Coordinator and Ticket Operations Coordinator. Prior experience includes Customer Service Manager at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and roles as Ticket Operations Associate with the New Orleans Pelicans and Saints. Internships include positions at the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and the University of Notre Dame. Lauren holds a Master of Public Administration from Louisiana State University, along with degrees in Sport Management and Sport Administration from the same institution.
