D'Or Fischer currently serves as a Video/Player Development Assistant for the New Orleans Pelicans, having joined the team in August 2021. Prior to this role, D'Or Fischer had a distinguished career as a professional basketball player spanning over a decade, participating in numerous esteemed organizations globally, including stints in the NBA with the Charlotte Bobcats and abroad in countries such as Israel, Japan, and Russia. D'Or Fischer's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Athletic Coaching Education from West Virginia University, as well as studies at Northwestern State University. Fischer is recognized for a disciplined approach to training, refined techniques, and a commitment to leadership throughout a notable athletic career.
