Catherine Abel currently serves as a Preschool Teacher at Bright Horizons, a position held since January 2024, and has been a Bridal Assistant as well as a Reception Administrative Assistant at New Orleans City Park since May 2019. Prior experience includes managing the Alumni Relations Office at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary from December 2016 to May 2019, where oversight of daily operations and event planning for alumni chapters was key. Catherine also contributed as the Assistant Director at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary Preschool Education Center from November 2014 to December 2016, focusing on staff scheduling and daily management. Academically, Catherine holds a Master of Social Work from Winthrop University (2021-2022), a Master of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (2011-2014), and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Louisiana Tech University (2006-2010).
