Aeric Estep is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, community organization, and project sales, currently serving as Senior Account Manager for Service Special Projects at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions since January 2018. Aeric has a proven track record in providing tailored project, labor, and equipment solutions across various industries, effective communication, and team management. Additional roles include Community Organizer at New Life Church, where leadership development and group multiplication are prioritized, and Project Sales at TCMS Corp, achieving top sales nationally. Prior to these positions, Aeric held various technical and customer service roles in the HVACR field and has a strong foundation in leadership and mentorship from earlier experiences at Jonah Ministries and Corban University.
