Rahat Chatha serves as General Counsel at the New Jersey Reentry Corporation since July 2019 and has been an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Sharon Rivenson Mark, P.C. since September 2012, focusing on Elder Law and Disability Planning. Previous roles include Judiciary Law Clerk for Hon. Marybeth Rogers at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Clerk at Hudson County Surrogateā€™s Court, and various internships providing legal research and support in family law, immigration, and civil litigation. Rahat holds a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Economics from Rutgers University.
