Damon has a background in entertainment technology and business consulting, having worked as an Independent Entertainment Technology and Business Consultant under their own name. Damon also gained experience as a Business Transactions Counsel at Belkin International, Inc. and as a Corporate Counsel at FATTOC, LLC. Before that, they worked as Counsel at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. and as an Associate at Bryan Cave. Damon started their career as a Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Frontera Corporation and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Damon Watson completed their high school education at Harvard-Westlake School, where they received a High School Diploma with a focus on Speech and Debate. Damon then attended Princeton University from 1989 to 1993, graduating with an AB degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Policy and International Affairs. Subsequently, they pursued their law education at Harvard Law School from 1993 to 1996, earning a JD degree and being involved in the Harvard Law Review.
