Raquel Miller-Henry is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Grants Accountant at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since 2019, Raquel's previous roles include Director/Financial Controller at the Jamaica Customs Agency, where management of accounting operations was pivotal during the agency's transition to an Executive Agency. With a strong foundation established at the National Environment and Planning Agency as a Final Accountant, Raquel coordinated successful annual audits, and as an Accounting Supervisor at InfoChannel, led the implementation of Peachtree Accounting Software. Early career experience includes working as an Accounting Clerk at Ashburn C. Simon & Company. Raquel holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and possesses professional qualifications from ACCA and AAT, alongside several diplomas in accounting and business administration.
