Dr. Richard Wolodkowicz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Compliance Chief of Staff and Operations Officer at Fitch Ratings since June 2016, where responsibilities include the administration and operation of the Compliance business. In addition to this role, Dr. Wolodkowicz has been an Adjunct Faculty member at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since August 2017, teaching Information Systems, and previously held similar teaching positions at Ramapo College of New Jersey and the University of Phoenix. As a Managing Partner at Mind, Body and Goal LLC, the focus is on providing leadership and sportsmanship training to young athletes. Dr. Wolodkowicz's prior experience includes significant roles at financial institutions, such as Senior Vice President at CITI, Vice President at Deutsche Bank, and Associate Director at Barclays Capital. Dr. Wolodkowicz holds a Doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA in Management and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business.
