Joseph Griffin currently holds a position in Product Operations at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) since June 2023. Previously, Joseph served as FP&A Lead for oncology clinical development partnership alliances at Merck from May 2019 to March 2023, overseeing research funding and financial planning while supporting critical R&D initiatives. Prior roles at Merck included Valuation Lead, where Joseph managed financial analysis for clinical research projects. Joseph's experience also includes a contract role as Finance Business Partner at Signify, providing financial leadership for national distribution, and several directorships at Verizon Wireless, focusing on financial planning, business transformation, and distribution channels. Joseph began the career at Bell Atlantic Mobile, progressing through marketing and finance roles, and started as a Field Representative at Nielsen Media Research. Joseph holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's Degree from Kent State University.
