Rosemary Nwabueze, MPA, is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Director of Empowerment Programs at New Jersey Citizen Action. Previously, Rosemary held positions such as Director of Community & Economic Development at WomenRising, Inc. and Coordinator at Bergen Communities United. Rosemary also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at New Jersey City University and has a background in Public Administration and Urban Policy.
