Chelsea Kulp serves as the Senior Manager of Government and External Affairs at New Jersey American Water, providing strategic external communications counsel and directing the local government affairs program. Previous roles include External Affairs Manager and External Affairs Specialist, focusing on customer communications and community outreach for water services. As Co-Owner of Shore Brake Cyclery, Chelsea oversees operations of a seasonal business with year-round clientele on Long Beach Island. Prior experience includes Project Manager at the Marine Trades Association of New Jersey and Program Coordinator for the Barnegat Bay Shellfish Restoration Program at Rutgers Cooperative Extension. Chelsea holds a BS in Environmental Policy, Institutions and Behavior, and Environmental Business Economics from Rutgers University.
