Sinead James has over 16 years of work experience at New Ireland Assurance. Sinead started in 2005 as a Senior Pension Administrator and later transitioned to the role of Financial Advisor Sales Support QFA RPA in 2007. In 2015, Sinead became a Sales Quality Assurance Specialist before being promoted to Conduct Risk Manager in 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Conduct Risk & Advisory, a position they have held since 2022.

Sinead James obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Tourism Marketing from Dublin Institute of Technology between 1998 and 2002.
