Svetha Janumpalli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, research, and program development. As the Founder and CEO of New Incentives since May 2014, Svetha oversees cash transfer disbursements, manages field teams, and drives organizational expansion strategies. Previous roles include Research Associate at Learning for Action, where frameworks for monitoring and evaluation were developed, and Social Policy Research Assistant at Berkeley Policy Associates, coordinating national evaluations. Early career experiences include roles at Grameen Bank, the International Institute of Minnesota, and the Center of Evaluation for Global Action. Svetha holds a dual B.A. in Economics and Global Studies from the University of Minnesota.
