Tim Schulz, PE, LEED AP, is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Technical Project Manager at New Hudson Facades since October 2014. Previously, Tim held the role of Project Engineer at Encompass, Inc., managing building envelope rehabilitation projects encompassing forensic investigations and repair design. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Curtain Wall Design Engineer at Larson Engineering, specializing in the structural design and analysis of facades for new construction projects. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
