Tracy Lebaron

Residential Clinical Director at NEW HORIZONS IN AUTISM INC

Tracy LeBaron has extensive work experience in the field of clinical and behavioral support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Tracy began their career in 2007 as an intern with the NJ Division of Youth and Family Services/Dept. of Children and Families, where they shadowed caseworkers and gained hands-on experience in intervention skills. Tracy then worked as a School Social Work Intern at E.O. Smith High School, where they mentored students and contributed to the development of an Alcohol Awareness program. In 2009, they joined United Way of Morris County as an MSW Intern, where they developed outcome measurement recommendations and advocated for youth and caregivers. Tracy later worked as an Assistant Supervisor at Employment Horizons, assisting clients with disabilities in assembly tasks and providing one-on-one support. Tracy also served as a Senior Counselor at Willow Lake Day Camp, leading activities and fostering a communal environment. In 2008, Tracy returned to the MSW Intern role, this time at Pequannock School District, and in 2009, they worked as an Assistant Supervisor at Harbor Haven Day Camp. From 2010 to 2022, Tracy was employed at Community Access Unlimited, initially as a Behaviorist, then as a Managing Behaviorist, and finally as the Clinical Director. In these roles, they conducted behavioral assessments, developed behavioral management plans, taught new skills, and performed Functional Behavioral Assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities. Tracy's most recent position, starting in 2022, is as the Residential Clinical Director at New Horizons In Autism Inc.

Tracy LeBaron received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Human Development&Family Studies from the University of Connecticut in 2008. In 2010, they pursued a Masters of Social Work with a focus on Nonprofit and Public Management at Rutgers University. Lastly, in 2013, they attended the Florida Institute of Technology for Applied Behavior Analysis.
