Michele Flemen is an experienced administrative and IT professional with a robust background in executive support and project management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at New Horizon Family Health Services since May 2021, Michele provides comprehensive administrative support to the President and CEO and the Executive Management team. Previously, Michele held various positions at UnitedHealth Group, including IT Release Manager and Sr. IT Project Analyst, where responsibilities included anticipating customer needs, managing complex projects, and ensuring quality processes. Michele holds a Master of Business Administration from Charleston Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
