Jill (Taylor) Guerrero is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and service delivery. Jill has been with New Horizon Communications since 2006, currently serving as Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Jill worked at One Communications from 1998 to 2007, holding positions as Service Delivery Manager and Network Coordinator. Jill earned a degree from Western Connecticut State University, attending from 1993 to 1998.
