Janice Phillips has a vast experience in technical operations and product development, holding various high-level positions at notable companies such as WindMIL Therapeutics, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals. With a strong background in chemical engineering, Janice also has experience in academia as a professor at Lehigh University. Janice's academic achievements include a Ph.D. and M.S. in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.Ch.E in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.
