Breckie is the Executive Director of Legal Advice & Referral Center (LARC), a nonprofit legal aid program located in Concord, New Hampshire. She has been with LARC since 1996, having started as a supervising attorney when she left private practice. She is a graduate of Brewster Academy, Boston University, and the UNH Franklin Pierce Law School.
