Kenneth Hoff has extensive work experience in engineering and project management. Kenneth started their career as an Engineer at Power Dynamics, Inc in 1993, where they eventually became the Director of Engineering. During their tenure, they established an engineering department, submitted and maintained approvals, and resolved quality issues.
In 1998, Hoff had a cooperative educational experience as an Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, Personal Products Worldwide, where they focused on machine design.
The following year, they continued their cooperative educational experience at Johnson & Johnson, Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, where they worked on equipment specification, installation, and modification for cGMP production lines.
In 1999, Hoff joined Luciano Packaging Technologies, Inc as a Project Engineer, and later became responsible for designing and developing custom machinery. Kenneth also managed projects, coordinated vendors and internal resources, and worked closely with customers to find effective solutions.
From 2007 to 2008, Hoff worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Secure Symbology, where they designed equipment for barcode application and established vendor relationships.
In 2009, Hoff joined Reed-Lane, Inc as an Engineer, specializing in packaging equipment.
Finally, since 2011, they have been working at New Era Converting Machinery, Inc, initially as a Staff Engineer and currently as the Chief Engineer.
Kenneth Hoff earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1992. Kenneth then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institute, which they completed from 1997 to 1999.
