Stephanie Costa currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at New England Village, Inc., a position held since January 2019. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Commonwealth Medicine, MassHealth- Executive Office of Health and Human Services, where Stephanie held titles such as Director of Data Governance, Reporting and Systems, and Manager of Behavioral Health Community Partners from November 2016 to January 2019. Prior to that, from March 2010 to November 2016, Stephanie was the Vice President of Administration and Finance at Newport County Community Mental Health Center. Early career experience includes positions as a Community Health Specialist at Health Imperatives and as a Quality Improvement/Health Information Data Manager at Newport County Community Mental Health Center. Stephanie holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
