Joanne Dickie has over two decades of experience in project management and process improvement, currently serving as the Senior Integration Process Manager at NEPS, LLC since October 2000. In this role, Joanne manages Enabled Print Solutions projects, focusing on the Universal Print Merge and Health E-connect software solutions and utilizing ERP data from Siemens, Lawson, and other platforms. Prior to this position, Joanne worked as a Senior Process Improvement Analyst at NEBS from 1988 to 1998. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where studies were completed from 1974 to 1978.
