Stephen Burns is an experienced executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Executive Regional Director of Strategic Ventures and Data Analytics at New England Life Care since March 2019. In this role, Stephen is responsible for the sourcing, design, and execution of strategic initiatives and ventures, along with overseeing the development of data analytics and consultancy services. Prior to this position, Stephen held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Vibra Healthcare from April 2018 to March 2019, where responsibilities included payer source and contract development, outcomes review, and customer relations. Stephen's career began at Genesis Rehab Services, where from August 1999 to May 2018, progression included roles up to Vice President of Operations and Business Development, along with various clinical positions.
