Dana Sheer currently serves as Chief of Nursing at New England Life Care since October 2021. In addition, Dana holds the position of Director of Advanced Clinical Programs at Partners HealthCare at Home, a role commenced in October 2012, and also previously served as Director of Clinical Programs within the same organization. From November 2009 to October 2012, Dana worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Dana's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions, awarded between 2006 and 2009, as well as a Bachelor's Degree from UMass Boston.
