Tony brings 17 years of lab furniture experience to the role of business development for New England Lab. His ability to provide a high level of customer service to contractors and architects allows us to live up to their promise of “made right with service”. Tony helps get the larger lab furniture projects off the ground by making sure they are connected to the right people for pre-planning, budgeting, coordinating, or providing any other pre-sale services that may be needed. He also spends his time discovering new ways they can provide their products and services to similar markets or previously untapped market groups. Tony’s experience and relationship skills make him a key asset on their team for coaching and mentoring their regional account representatives and he works closely with them providing encouragement and developing their time management and customer service skills.
