Dawn McCall is an experienced executive with a strong background in client relations and contact center leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Contact Center at New England Federal Credit Union since January 2023, following the merger with VSECU, Dawn contributes key insights as a thought leader on cross-departmental teams. Previously, as Vice President of Contact Center at VSECU since January 2013, Dawn was responsible for executing strategic goals and ensuring first-class service delivery. Earlier in the career, Dawn held the role of Vice President of Client Relations/Account Management at Agility Marketing Group from January 2005 to December 2012, where senior client engagement and the management of complex issues were key responsibilities. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from PennWest Clarion.
