Bob possesses over 30 years of experience within organizations assuming responsibility for operations, human resources, and customer service. Bob is responsible for organizational development at NEdocs and is responsible for ensuring ongoing training, cross-training, and employee development company-wide as part of the company’s succession planning initiative. Bob also oversees all aspects of the annual SOC 2 compliance audits and is also involved in IT and Marketing initiatives.
