Ture Turnbull is currently the co-CEO of New England Craft Cultivators. Before that, they were the Executive Director of MassCare from April 2013 to January 2019. In that role, they were responsible for expanding the membership and fundraising totals of the organization, as well as registered lobbying, public outreach, and managing a staff of 3 and 25 interns and volunteers. Prior to their work with MassCare, Ture Turnbull was a Community Coordinator for the City of Boston from June 2012 to April 2013. In that role, they coordinated efforts between city agencies and stakeholders, developed and wrote legislation and city ordinances, and focused on building developments in the City of Boston through public engagement and personal testimony.

Ture Turnbull has a certificate of completion for the Shaping Healthcare Delivery Policy program from Harvard Kennedy School. They also have a Masters in Urban and Regional Policy from Northeastern University, as well as a B.S in Public Administration with a specialization in International Affairs from Northeastern University.
