Chelsea Hanrahan

Federal Title III Grant Project Director at New England College

Chelsea Hanrahan is a versatile professional with extensive experience in library science, genealogy, and research. Currently serving as a Researcher for the podcast "Murder, Chelsea Told" since March 2023 and as a Provisional Volunteer for the DNA Doe Project, Chelsea employs traditional and genetic genealogy methods to address cold cases. In addition to these roles, Chelsea has been the Federal Title III Grant Project Director at New England College since June 2009, managing a $2.2 million budget and overseeing grant activities. Chelsea's prior positions include roles such as Library Director and Distance Services Librarian at Redgrave Research Forensic Services LLC, as well as various library assistant positions at reputable institutions including Indiana University Bloomington, Walden University, Dartmouth College, and the University of New Hampshire. Chelsea holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of New Hampshire.
