Michele Whidden, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at New England Cancer Specialists since April 2018. With extensive experience in human resources, Michele has held various leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager at Parker Hannifin and SPX, and Director of Human Resources at Nichols Portland, LLC. Michele also contributed to the HRASM board as a member since 2011, currently serving as the SHRM Foundation Chair and previously held positions including Treasurer and Chapter Communications. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Capella University, a Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Husson University.
