David Congo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative and support roles. Currently serving as a Ticket To Work Administrator at New England Business Associates since July 2016, David has obtained top security clearance for accessing the Social Security Administration Portal to manage reimbursement requests and track monthly figures. Previous experience includes positions as a Support Specialist at The Western Massachusetts Training Consortium, Inc., where David managed data entry and provided client support, and as a Dispatcher for the United States Postal Service. David also held roles in accounts payable at Smith & Wesson, customer service at AAA, and data management at Peter Pan Bus Lines.
