Howard Thiery serves as the Superintendent of Schools for Regional School District 10 and is the Chairperson of the Commission on International Education for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges since September 2016. In addition, Howard Thiery holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut’s Graduate School of Education since September 2012. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of Connecticut, completed between May 2005 and September 2006, a Sixth Year degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Central Connecticut State University (September 2000 - May 2002), and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Marquette University, earned in May 1987.
