Vladimir Berezansky is an accomplished legal and compliance expert with extensive experience in financial regulatory compliance across various regions, including the CIS, EMEA, and MENA. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Counsel at PTC since January 2018, Vladimir's responsibilities encompass export controls and compliance leadership for the organization’s operations in Russia and associated territories. Prior roles include General Director of PTC's Russian subsidiary, Thought Leader and Leader of Compliance Practice at EY, and Head of Legal and Compliance at UBS Bank for the Russia/CIS region. Academic contributions include guest lectures at the New Economic School focused on financial regulatory compliance. Vladimir holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor in International Law from American University.
