John Beaumont, PE, CEM, serves as the Director of Engineering at New Ecology, Inc. since September 2022. Prior roles include Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer at Thornton Tomasetti from October 2014 to September 2022, and Energy Engineer at SMRT Inc. from September 2009 to October 2014. Earlier experience features positions such as Mechanical Co-op at Medical Device Labs, where John designed a hydrogel extruder and prepared testing protocols for FDA approval, and CAD/Mechanical Co-op at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, focusing on regulatory compliance and drawing management. John began the career as a Mechanical/HVAC Intern at SMRT Inc. in 2006 and 2007.
