Stanley comes with over 24 years of experience in the facility management industry. He started his career with Facility Services, one of the largest facility management companies. He was the Chief Operating Officer, an integral part of the Country Management Team reporting to the Board of Directors at ISS India. Stanley is a hospitality management graduate. He has also completed an ISS-sponsored Leadership Mastery Program along with several other leadership development courses.​
