Dom Kelly has over 9 years of work experience, starting as a Writer at The Inquisitr News in 2012. Dom then worked as a Managing Editor at Render Media from 2013 to 2018, and as a Director of Social Media at Ranker from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Kelly worked as a Communications Consultant at Inside Revolution. Dom then worked at Fair Fight Action from 2020 to 2021, initially as a Senior Manager of Fundraising and later as a Strategic Advisor for Disability. In 2021, Kelly worked for New Leaders Council as a Fellow. In 2021, Kelly joined Stacey Abrams' campaign as a Senior Advisor for Disability and Georgia Fundraising Director. Dom is currently a Council Member for NationSwell, and in 2022, they will serve as President and CEO of both New Disabled South and New Disabled South Rising.
Dom Kelly has a diverse education background, having obtained several degrees and certifications. In 2013, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Production from Full Sail University, followed by a Master of Arts in New Media Journalism from the same institution in 2014. Later, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Interdisciplinary Disability Studies at the University of Maine, which they completed in 2021. Dom Kelly also holds an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2020, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Nonprofit Leadership from the same school, which they anticipate earning in 2022. In addition to their degrees, Dom Kelly has obtained several certifications, including Finance Director Training from EMILY's List, Campaign Management from Arena, Managing to Save the World from The Management Center, and a Certificate of Digital Fundraising from Georgia Center for Nonprofits. They have also completed two online courses in Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals from Coursera.
