Kyle Murphy is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at New Directions Technologies Inc. since March 2020, Kyle previously held the position of Helpdesk Level 3 at Silverado from March 2014 to January 2020, focusing on troubleshooting for both Windows and Mac systems along with mobile devices.
