Javad Ahmad serves as President and COO at Oracular IS LLC since September 2001, and holds various leadership positions including Member of the Board of Trustees at Fox Valley Technical College and Executive Board Member at Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce. As a Founding Board Member of Amplify Oshkosh and a Board Member with the NEW IT Alliance, Javad Ahmad actively contributes to community and business development. Additional roles include Board Member at Evergreen Retirement Community and member of the Leadership Council for the American Pakistan Foundation. Javad Ahmad has also volunteered with Humanity First USA since 2010 and served as Interim Chief Information Officer for the WILM Consortium. Javad Ahmad's educational background includes a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, among other qualifications.
