Elvira Zhang, GPHR, is currently working in the Human Resources department at New Development Bank (NDB) since September 2016. Prior to this, Elvira worked as a Recruiter at Korn Ferry from April 2015 to August 2020. Elvira holds a Master of Science (MS) in Management from Lancaster University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
