Gidel Fiavor has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and business development. Gidel started their career at New Crystal Hospital in 2009, where they worked as a Marketing/Innovations Manager until 2012. In 2012, they joined New Crystal Group as the Head of Marketing and held this position until November 2021. In December 2021, they transitioned to the role of Head of Marketing Business Development at New Crystal Group.

Gidel Fiavor completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from GIMPA between 2005 and 2008. Following this, they pursued an EMBA from UGBS Legon of Ghana between 2010 and 2012, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
