Floyd Sam Malungana is an experienced service technician currently employed at New Concept Mining powered by Epiroc since July 2023, and has a long-standing role as an artisan aide at Redpath Mining since March 2015. Floyd also serves as an engineering learner (fitter & turner) at Northam Platinum, with additional experience as a fitter assistant at Redpath Mining South Africa. Earlier career roles include general labor at Redpath Engineering and Mining, and various positions at Woolworths, including department coordinator and customer assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Venda, a National Certificate in Retail and Wholesale from EDUTEL, and an Artisan Aide degree from the Mining Qualifications Authority.
