Nancy Kittredge has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Nancy is currently the Director of Human Resources at New Communities, Inc., where they oversee a team of over 400 employees providing services for seniors and people with disabilities. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Contractor at IDEXX, a global leader in pet healthcare innovation. Nancy also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Council on International Educational Exchange, where they built a strategic HR function to facilitate the organization's growth and global expansion. Nancy has held similar roles at Woodard & Curran, SANgate Systems, Inc., IronBridge Networks, SeaChange International, and LANart Corp.

Nancy Kittredge holds a BA degree in History & Business from Dickinson College.
