Robert Curran is a seasoned professional in user experience and customer experience, currently serving as Co-Founder of New Commercial Arts since May 2020. Previously, Curran held prominent roles at Wunderman Thompson as Global Chief Experience Officer and at Wunderman as Chief Experience Officer. With a strong foundation in customer experience, Curran led initiatives at RAPP as Director of User Experience and as Senior Strategy Consultant at Reading Room, where strategic consultancy and user experience research were key responsibilities. Curran's early career includes analytical roles at Bowen Craggs & Co and editorial positions at Groupon and The Art Newspaper, complemented by a BA Hons. History of Art from Goldsmiths, University of London.
