Natalie Narh has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. Natalie is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of New Comma, a social media and recruitment platform for African creatives. Their role involves making the discovery and engagement process for African creatives easier for businesses globally.
Prior to their current position, Natalie worked as a Creative at Billion Dollar Boy from September 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they founded Latch Productions in June 2016, where they served as a Founder and Multidisciplinary Creative until May 2023.
Natalie also gained experience at Ogilvy UK, where they held multiple roles. Natalie worked as a Content Creative from August 2019 to August 2021, and as the Co-Chair of Ogilvy Roots UK from August 2019 to August 2021. Additionally, they had a Creative Internship at Ogilvy UK from November 2018 to August 2019, and a Graphic Design Internship from August 2018 to October 2018.
Natalie has also been involved with D&AD, serving as a Judge on the Intel Jury for the D&AD New Blood Awards in 2020. Natalie also acted as a mentor for the 2019/2020 New Blood Shift programme.
Furthermore, they completed the Entrepreneurship Essentials program from Harvard Business School Online in April 2019 and May 2019. Natalie also participated in masterclasses on Graphic Design at Pentagram in February 2018 and on Visual Communications, Design, and Writing at Google in October 2017.
Earlier in their career, Natalie worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for WCAN - Women in the City Afro-Caribbean Network from October 2016 to August 2017. Natalie also served as the Afro-Caribbean Society Creative Director at the University of Nottingham from March 2016 to March 2017.
Natalie Narh completed their International Media and Communication Studies degree in Culture, Film & Media at the University of Nottingham from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended SOS Hermann Gmeiner International College from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree with a focus on Geography, Chemistry, English, French, Maths, and Information Technology in a Global Society. Before that, Natalie completed their International General Certificate of Secondary Education at SOS Hermann Gmeiner International College from 2011 to 2013, with subjects including English, English Literature, Mathematics, IT, Geography, French, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
