Michaela Ross is a Project Manager at New Columbia Solar since August 2022, previously serving as an Associate Project Manager. Michaela is the Business Owner of ReChic LLC, focusing on promoting slow consumption and raising awareness of the environmental and human impacts of the textile industry through the sale of quality, pre-loved items and advocacy for labor rights and environmental protection. Prior experience includes working as a Career Counseling Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies and an intern at the National Defense University, where strategic outreach and engagement initiatives were developed. Michaela has also contributed as an Education Specialist with KEYS Service Corps AmeriCorps, supporting at-risk students, and served in various roles at Bethany College, including Archivalist and German Lab Proctor. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Visual Arts from Bethany College.
